Chronic illness is exhausting, isolating, and frankly it just sucks sometimes when your body feels like its failing you. Learn coping skills to navigate the grief, the unfairness, the isolation, the frustration of dealing with medications, side effects, doctors appointments, exhaustion of self-advocacy, and much more.
