Here to help calm anxious thoughts and transform relationships
If you are here, you may be a deep-feeling, overwhelmed adult who is used to masking your struggles, pushing through the chaos, and showing up for everyone but yourself.
Maybe you’ve done therapy before—or maybe you’re craving something different: A space where you can let go of the mask, say the quiet parts out loud, and actually feel seen.
Maybe your relationship feels like two ships passing in the night after kids, and you're wondering how it got here.
What is therapy like with me?
Therapy with me is a mix of real talk, unique insight, skill building, and deep emotional presence. Go ahead and curse, laugh, cry, and take deep breaths when life feels too fast, argue Tamlin’s redemption arc, or your Ronnie Radke opinion. You get to show up without editing yourself.
I'm here to support a range of challenges, but many folks seek me out specifically to help with anxiety and overwhelm, disconnected relationships, and the never-ending chase for perfection. These patterns often show up alongside depression, making every day feel like an uphill climb. It impacts how you feel, how you show up in relationships, and how you talk to yourself. It’s exhausting. And it’s easy to feel like you should be better at this by now.
You might come in feeling unsure of what to say, anxious about being too much, or overwhelmed by how messy everything feels. That’s okay. I’ll meet you where you are and help you figure out where to go next.
Together, we’ll slow things down, sort through the noise, and start to untangle the beliefs, experiences, and expectations that aren’t serving you anymore. We’ll focus on what is working, what feels aligned, and what healing actually looks like—for you.
My approach is straightforward and adaptable. We'll mix deep reflection and emotional processing with practical tools and strategies you can actually use. Yes, there will sometimes be “homework”—but it’ll fit your real life, not add to the pressure. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more clear, a little more grounded, and a little more hopeful.
Why clients tend to feel comfortable with me
I’m a recovering perfectionist, a wife, a parent of two (one is neurodivergent), and someone who knows how exhausting it is to constantly manage everything—and still feel like you're falling short. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapy room, which means I’m not just listening. I’m connecting the dots and giving you tools that make sense for your life.
Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and that I help them understand the “why” behind what we’re doing. That matters. Because therapy shouldn’t feel like some mysterious process you have to just trust will work—it should feel grounding, clarifying, and real.
