Here to help calm anxious thoughts and transform relationships

Let’s be honest—life is hard. Especially when you’ve spent years trying to keep it all together. Maybe you’re the one everyone counts on. Maybe you’ve been hiding how anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected you really feel. Maybe your relationship is a mess because you both stopped listening. Maybe you’ve never even considered asking for help… until now.

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

I offer therapy for adults in Pottstown, PA and across Pennsylvania who are navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and people-pleasing. Sometimes that means naming hard truths. Sometimes it means sitting with you while you write out a stressful budget so it doesn’t feel so paralyzing. Always, it means offering a space where you don’t have to mask, pretend, or do it alone.

What is therapy like with me?

I work best with thoughtful, creative adults who feel like they’re too much and not enough. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, parents, artists, musicians, writers, fantasy lovers, or neurodivergent individuals who never quite fit the mold. Go ahead and curse, laugh, cry, and take deep breaths when life feels too fast, argue Tamlin’s redemption arc, or your Ronnie Radke opinion. You get to show up without editing yourself. (I’m a Nesta girlie. Don’t hate 🫣)

Here, you don’t have to explain why the world feels too loud, why the pressure to perform is exhausting, or why a book or band or video game character means so much to you. We lean into that part of you—not away from it.

We’ll explore where your anxiety, self-esteem issues, or people-pleasing patterns come from—not to blame the past, but to free you up for the future. I’m chill, unfiltered, and ready to teach you skills to sort through it all and find relief. I don’t sugarcoat—but I do care deeply. I bring my full self into sessions and invite you to do the same.

We’ll blend relational therapy with tools from DBT, CBT, music therapy, geek therapy, and the Gottman Method. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a break, you’ll be met with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment.

Couples Therapy in Pottstown, PA

Whether you’re feeling distant, not having fun, stuck in the same arguments, or wondering if you’ll ever have sex again, we’ll get curious (not combative) about what’s going on under the surface. We can talk openly about parenting, sex, mental load, and communication. Nothing’s off-limits here.

Using The Gottman Method and a relational lens, I’ll help you slow down, hear each other more clearly, learn applicable skills to better navigate conflict and rebuild trust, closeness, and connection—in and out of the bedroom.

Why clients tend to feel comfortable with me
I’m a recovering perfectionist, a wife, a parent of two (one is neurodivergent), a quirky creative with a music background, and someone who knows how exhausting it is to constantly manage everything—and still feel like you're falling short. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapy room, which means I’m not just listening. I’m connecting the dots and giving you tools that make sense for your life.

Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and that I help them understand the “why” behind what we’re doing. That matters. Because therapy shouldn’t feel like some mysterious process you have to just trust will work—it should feel grounding, clarifying, tailored to you, and most of all HUMAN.
