Meghan Onderdonk, MA, LPC
(Therapist)
Honest support for when life feels off balance.
Whether you’re navigating relationship stress, identity questions, chronic illness, or the pressure of helping others, therapy can be a place to finally let your guard down. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are ready to feel more grounded, more understood, and more like themselves again.
Therapy with me is honest, grounded, and always collaborative.
If you’ve been feeling stuck or off-balance, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to sort it out on your own either.
In our work together, you can expect a space where you’re seen for who you are, not just what you’re going through. I bring a down-to-earth, conversational style to sessions, along with a gentle honesty that helps us go deeper without judgment.
I work well with people who value connection, curiosity, and humor—even when things feel heavy. My approach is trauma-aware, LGBTQ+ affirming, and deeply respectful of the full range of human experiences.
